All ticket holders are required to comply with the established minimum consumption policy of USD 40.00 per person. The purchase of a ticket grants access to the event but does not waive the obligation to meet the minimum spend requirement. Guests who choose not to consume will not be permitted to remain on the premises. Desafinado's reserves the right of admission and may deny entry or service to any individual who does not comply with house policies or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
